Gregg Herndon, of the former Tiburon Grille and Taste of New Orleans, has opened Redfish a Creole Bistro. The menu has classic Cajun-Creole dishes like Jambalaya, Shrimp and Crab Gumbo, Crawfish Etouffee and Shrimp Creole; not to mention Gregg's famous Fried Chicken, Magret Duck, Wild Salmon Souffle and Bread Pudding.
