Land Use & Zoning

The Land Use & Zoning Committee of the Grant Park Neighborhood Association works to facilitate agreement between developers planning projects withing the neighborhood and neighbors with an overall vision for the surrounding area. The Land Use & Zoning Committee helps to address zoning variance proposals and building design appropriateness for neihgborhood structures.
