Southeast Atlanta Communities for Schools (SEACS)

Hi folks, Lots to do as we prepare for a different kind of back-to-school year. Attendance Zones have been redrawn, many students will be transitioning to new schools in our cluster

- Rising 6th and 9th graders
- Redistricted families that did not grandfather at their former school
- All the students at Jackson HS and Coan MS as they transition to new temporary locations
- Former East Lake Elementary students as they transition to Toomer, Drew and other schools.
- All incoming Kindergarteners

We want to build a community among all the schools in the Jackson Cluster. In order to help improve communication throughout the cluster we hope you can assist us by asking folks to get involved with SEACS (sign up on the FACEBOOK page. The SEACS website has some good information and we hope you will get involved.

PLEASE NOTE: We are accepting applications for the SEACS Governing Board - check the home page of the website. Please email from the website.

VOLUNTEERS will be needed in the next few weeks as school registration, orientation and students return at Jackson HS at least. If you are available to help please email Don Grant from the SEACS website.
