Status: Archived This workshop is designed for mothers and pre-walking infants of all ages. The workshop will provide a supportive environment to meet with other mothers and their babies and guide you to enjoy a gentle and restorative practice. We will focus upon positions that will rejuvenate and restore the energy you need as a mother and poses that help to strengthen and realign your body during your first year with your child. We will also give the babies in the studio a chance to wiggle and stretch with Mommy! This is the perfect opportunity to begin a practice if you are a new to yoga, or slowly rebuild your practice if it has been interrupted by all the activities of motherhood. All levels welcome, and pregnant women are welcome too. Bring your baby with you, or if you really need the chance to get away, treat yourself to some time alone with this workshop designed especially for mothers.
