Amy Swick, LEED AP



Amy Swick is Senior Vice President of Development and Finance for Green Street Properties. An Atlanta native, Amy has more than 9 years of real estate development and finance experience. During her 5 years at Green Street, Amy’s role has included green consulting, development management, leadership of the company’s finance matters and assistance in business development. Prior to Green Street, Amy was a Development Manager with Citiline Development in Charlotte, NC. While at Citiline, Amy’s responsibilities included development management for the company’s projects in western North Carolina. Amy also worked as an analyst at JPMorgan in New York with specific focus on financial analysis and legal review of alternative investments, including hedge funds, private equity funds and real estate. Amy has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architecture and a Certificate in Finance from Princeton University and a Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from MIT. Amy was involved with Atlanta’s Midtown Alliance in its creation of the 15th Street Plaza, midtown’s newest park. She is an active volunteer with the Urban Land Institute (ULI), serving on both its Technical Advisory Programs (TAP) Committee and its Young Leaders Group Steering Committee.  Amy was recently honored by the Atlanta Business Chronicle as one of the “Top 40 Under 40 Rising Stars” in Atlanta. She is a member of the U.S. Green Building Council, and she is a LEED Accredited Professional.
