Historic Oakland Cemetery | South Atlanta (SAND)

Twilight Gardening will be held on various evenings this summer to help maintain the beautiful gardens at Historic Oakland Cemetery.

We are currently preparing for a major tour by hundreds of members of the National Perennial Plant Association, which is holding their 3-day symposium in Atlanta. Oakland Cemetery is their first garden tour on July 18!

Join us July 5, 7, 12 and 14 from 6:30 to 8:30 at the Bell Tower. Park inside the cemetery on any paved road near the tower.

No need to Rsvp, but if you have questions, call Staci at (770) 612-9659. Just bring a water bottle and your favorite gardening hand-tool.

The Cemetery is open 365 days a year from approximately 8:00 a.m. to approximately 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday.
