Erin Hall’s story with her Grant Park home is just beginning! She moved into the house only a few months ago. But like several other homeowners on our tour, Erin can put some professional skills to work as she settles in. She has a background in interior and graphic design. She enjoys the process of transforming a space into something new and different. She collects vintage art and furniture. She owned a mid-century furniture shop Brooklyn, New York before relocating to Nashville. Now, she’s back in Atlanta, where she is from originally.

Erin is still working on the house. Since moving in, she’s painted the interior and exterior, fixed a few things and updated the bathroom and kitchen. She plans to add a second bath off the master bedroom. She also wants to renovate the garage into a studio. Her favorite thing about her house? The windows! She loves the light that comes into her home.
Erin has lived in many different neighborhoods of Atlanta, but she’s easily settling into Grant Park. She loves the neighborhood’s diversity and its central location. She notes that GP is becoming more walkable every day. One of her favorite spots is Oakland Cemetery.
