GPNA Meeting Agendas

GPNA Meeting Agenda - Tuesday, March 20, 2018

Welcome! Housekeeping and Meeting Conduct

  • Welcome to the general membership monthly meeting of GPNA. The GPNA meets the third Tuesday of every month at 7:30 p.m. in the Coca-Cola World Studio of the Activity Resource Center (ARC) building in Zoo Atlanta. Enter through gate C5 located at the southeast corner of the Cherokee Av. parking lots.
  • Please turn all cell phones to off or at least vibrate.
  • To be eligible to vote, you must attend one (1) GPNA meeting, register in the membership rolls, be 18 years or older, and reside or work in a business located in the official boundaries of the Grant Park neighborhood. You are then eligible to vote from your second meeting forward as long as you remain a resident or business employee. All neighbors that are eligible to vote can also make motions or second them.
  • We loosely or informally follow Robert’s Rules of Order for our proceedings in order to keep discussions moving along in the interest of valuing everyone’s time.
  • Please DO NOT arbitrarily interject comments or questions aloud. Instead, please wait to be recognized of your entitlement to the floor before speaking to the membership. And then ask/make one, and only one, question/comment before allowing others to have a turn. We practice discussions in this meeting, NOT conversations.
  • Please reserve your comments not directly related to the agenda items for Open Floor.
  • Please take all side conversations all the way into the lobby and close the doors behind you.

Call to Order – 7:30 p.m.
