We are very excited to announce the acquisition and rehab/construction of the historic retail building across from the Ormond-Grant Park, located at 330 Ormond Drive.
 
The building consists of 5000 SF of ground floor retail space, 1500 SF of 2nd floor (office/retail or apartment), the potential for a rooftop patio for outdoor dining, and a vacant lot for future expansion.
 
We will be delivering spaces to tenants in October 2015.  Currently we are in discussions with local restaurateurs, salons, juice bars, yoga studios and other local business owners for space.
